I am staying in a resale EA at Blk 671 Jurong West St 65, MOP due in July this year. I am keen to look out for a 5rm unit near Boon Lay mrt, preferably Blk 661-662. I want to know do i need to fork out any cash to purchase a resale flat or would i be able to get any cash from selling my current flat?

Good morning TL, Do share more information on your current flat purchase with me so I can plan the finances for you. (especially the CPF utilized with accrued interest, any outstanding loan etc.) From there, we can work things out to see whether do you still need to fork out additional cash for next purchase. I am a fellow Jurong resident for the almost three decades. I hope my familiarity in this area will assist you in a great way. Cheers! Morning Mrs, Lim, The current estimated selling price for your unit is around $560k. And for the purchase of the 5 room flat should cost around $530k. With this kind of margin, how much cash you need will depends on the following factors: 1) How much existing OA do you have? 2) Are you taking bank loan or HDB loan? 3) How much loan can you get? 4) What is your current outstanding loan? 5) What is actual selling and purchase price? Do feel free to contact me for further discussion. Regards Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
