I am SPR.Recently, I have signed the SPA (sale and purchase agreement)to buy house from oversea, but the house will obtain after 3 years.I plan to buy the resale hdb this year or next year.Am I eligible to buy the hdb now? If not, what can i do??

Hi potential buyer,

you can purchase a resale HDB flat now but you have to dispose any private property in Singpore/ overseas within 6 months after completion of your resale HDB purchase.
