I am SPR planning to retire early. Is there property management company which can manage for condo rental services? If so, I am thinking to sell my HDB and get a condo as a regular passive income while retire in oversea. Your advice are appreciated.

Yes, such arrangements can be done with professional management fees involved. Nevertheless, do take note that you will be subjected to 5% ABSD for the private condo you are purchasing as a SPR if this condo is going to be your 1 and only residential property after the sale of your HDB.
