In general, real estate prices will continue to rise, with very occasional bleep along the way, but the bleep will not be as significant as the price increase. While interest rates are relatively higher than the past few years, it is still amongst the lowest in the world and prior to the low interest rates era, the general interest rates in Singapore has been hovering around or above the 3.6% mark from my understanding speaking with veterans in the industry, therefore if you are intending to wait before purchasing, it could be a bad idea.
