I am SPR and might have to relocate to other country for few years. I may need help of Property Agent to rent out my HDB (after permission from HDB). Could someone guide me on procedures please. Does this need Power of Attorney? Thanks!

Morning,

For PR, in order to rent out your HDB unit, you need to write into HDB, along with all the supporting documents, to obtain the approval. It have to be renewed on yearly basis. You will also need Power of Attorney, to sign the TA as required.
