I am SPR and 41yrs old. I have 50k cpf(OA) . I intend to buy resale 3rooms HDB flat.My budget of purchase price is about 300k. so how much cash on hand i need to ?

Morning,

PR need to be married to be eligible to purchase HDB resale unit. Assuming that you are married, and taking 24 years loan at 80% of valuation, purchasing 3 room flat valued at $280k and COV of $20k, you will need around $45k cash.
