I am S'porean, If I bought a EC (>5 years and < 10 years old) from Open Market this year, can I buy another private property within the next few years, and own two property at same time? If yes, What tax or levy imposed?

Morning Wu,

EC that have fulfilled MOP are considered as private property. There's is ownership restriction on how many private property you can buy within a specific time. The only restriction you may face is the usage of CPF and LTV on your mortgage.
