Afternoon,

Every HLE application is only valid for 3 months. Hence it would be prudent to reapply for new HLE before proceeding further. As for the housing grant, as long as your income does not exceed the caps, you will still be eligible for it.

You will be eligible for the grant. However, please resubmit your HLE application as your HLE would have expire already. It is important to get your HLE done first before you start your house hunting.

Good afternoon buyer,

You should reapply for HLE before house hunting as it has expired.

As for housing grant, you can state your interest to obtain it when you submit your resale application (after you exercise the option to purchase to book first appointment). From there onwards, HDB will request for documents and assess your eligibility on first appointment. You dont have to worry much as long as your income meets the conditions.
