I am Spore PR and has property in Msia which I purchased 10 yrs ago. Under the new ruling, if I want to buy a resell HDB in Spore, do I need to dispose my Msia property? Am I eligible to buy HDB with my daughter who is only 8 yrs old? Thanks for your advice.
