I am single working adult, 37 years old. So under what circumstances that the bank will reject the 80% loan, and also what is the max years I could loan? Say if the unit I am interested is ~ $900K - 1.0 mil?

Afternoon Irene,

Bank will grant loan depending on your income status and your credit record.
Bank will grant loan up to a max of age 65.
