I am single Singaporean Citizen above 35 years old. I have not purchased any property before. Can I now buy a HDB resale 4 room flat, have it paid fully and then buy a resale condo with minimum loan from bank?

Morning,

For all HDB buyers, you are require to fulfill your MOP prior being eligible to purchase your second property. This is regardless of your loan status on the unit.
