I am single singapore lady age 40yrs old. i used to owed a 3 bedroom flat which i bought from an open market. this flat was bought when i was before 35 and my late mum is the main applicant. I have since sold the flat after her deceased.
My question is, can a single apply for BTO houses, or can we buy any HDB buy back house or can we also get rejected units available from the BTO. Is there any singles scheme grant for us.
I was adivsed that im not consider as the first timer. i do not understand this terms.
