Good afternoon, If you want to sell or rent out your whole unit within MOP, you have to seek approval from your branch office before you can do so. If you rent out without any approval, it's illegal. And yes, as of now, private bank interest rates are better than HDB interest rate. If you need any assistance in your property purchase, feel free to contact me.
