Hi Sir

If you want to purcahse under single scheme, you have to wait till you are 35 years old. Alternatively, you may want to purchase together with your parents or just include your parent as occupier of the flat provided your parent are not owning any residential property at the moment. However you are not able to enjoy any housing grants that way. Generally looking at your salary and CPF OA balance, it will be quite tight siuation financially if you purcahse a 4 room in the east although not impossible.
