i am single and Singaporen.I am reaching my 35 on this year December.I am planning to buy hdb resale flats under single scheme. can you please tell me that when I can start to search the HDB resale flats.

Afternoon,

YOu can start hunting about a week or two prior your birthday, but you need to submit your HLE somewhere after your birthday, unless you are taking bank loan. It would be good to start working on your budget and preferred location for your upcoming purchase.
