I am single 65 years old retiree. I intend to buy a condo. Is there any possibility of me getting a bank loan. I have shares in which the sum is enough to cover the full amount of the loan.
can I use this as collateral. besides this is there any other form of asset or guarantor I can use.

Hi,

I think it is possible, since bank loan can be up to age 75yrs old. Since you are 65 years old, can loan up to 10 yrs.

Some banks practise asset based lending. Since you have significant asset in the form of shares, i think should be able to get the loan.

I can connect you with some bankers whom i closely work with. Please call me at 98628691  to discuss.

Thanks,
