Unlikely your appeal is going to be successful due to your circumstances.

You could consider
1) stay with your parents
2) room rental (I used to do it for ten years)
3) buy a small condo which is abt $500,000

    Hi KB,
I am only interested in HDB (resale or BTO whichever) for my first property...
I want to utilise my priviledge as a Singaporean!
Besides, rental is Out of Question as I have pets. Studio Apt is too small for three humans + 2 furry pets.

I am enquiring abt eligibility for application and / or success of appeal.

    Please advice. thank you.

Hi Jessie

To be eligible for HDB Single Scheme you first need to be minimum 35 years old, without which you can't.

Appeal the case may not be workable.

Renting a place else where may be that you are not used to it. However 2 years more is what you need to wait and mean time lodging you may have to compromise a bit with siblings or etc.
