Dear Peter, Yes you can buy a resale HDB. But you cannot keep your current pte property though.

Morning Peter,

You are definitely eligible to purchase a resale HDB from open market but you have to bear in mind that you have to dispose off your condo within 6 months from resale completion of your HDB purchase.
