I am Singaporean single who will be 35 this coming November. My income is about 4K a month and I am planning to purchase a resale flat under Single scheme anywhere near my parents place in Tampines. Would you be able to advise me on the following?

1. How much grant will I be eligible?
2. What is the commission if I wish to engage an agent?
3. How much is the price range for 3 room flat in Tampines?
4. What is the average COV for Tampines area?

Afternoon,

Depending on which part of Tampines you are looking at, the area size, level and facing, the current estimated valuation is around $300k to $380k with COV asking of around $10k to $55k.

Being single SC earning less than $5k, you are eligible for $20k grant unless your parents are staying with you. Commission rate are to be discussed bewteen you and your salesperson, depending on your requirement.
