I am Singaporean Citizen with a non-citizen sister who working in Singapore holding work permit .I saw in hdb site there is a scheme for this as I am below 35 yrs old. Is this scheme still in effect for me to buy resale flat with my sis? How about the mortgage loan ? Is base on both income or only my income?

Hi,

I am Bryan from ERA. You may be eligible to buy from the open market. Your sister's work permit must have at least 6 months validity at the more of submitting the resale application.
