I am Singaporean Citizen with a non-citizen sister who working in Singapore holding work permit .I saw in hdb site there is a scheme for this as I am below 35 yrs old. Is this scheme still in effect for me to buy resale flat with my sis? How about the mortgage loan ? Is base on both income or only my income?

You are eligible to purchase a resale flat in the open market. We might require to further understand more details from you to provide you better advise in your purchase. For mortgage loan, it will depends on your financial income, CPF, purchase price nd etc in order to advise you better.
