I am Singaporean Citizen with a non-citizen boyfriend who working in Singapore holding work permit .As I am below 35 yrs old. Are there any scheme which allow me to buy resale flat with my boyfriend? How about the mortgage loan ? Is base on both income or only my income?

Hi Amy. Yes you can buy a resale hdb with your spouse under non citizen scheme.

I will advise both of you to get married first so as to be eligible under the non Singaporean spouse scheme.

As for mortgage wise, I will recommend you to speak to my banker so he/ she can further advise you on different packages, loan amount etc.

You can purchase under non-citizen spouse scheme. You will be the main owner and your spouse will be the essential occupier. The loan will be based primary on your income.
