Since both of you are above 55 years, you can purchase resale HDB 4-room size and below straightaway no issue. For executive maisonette however, you have to wait out 15 months first from the sale completion of your condo, before you are eligible to buy the maisonette. This is due to the recent hdb regulations introduced.
