I am singapore citizen, I bought hdb resale flat and have overseas assets in my land, can i sell my hdb resale flat and buy new EC

Evening,

New EC is governed by HDB ruling. Hence upon key collection of the EC, you are required to sell of your private property.

Hi ,
If you can make a substantial profit from the oversea asset.
I would suggest that you sell.
Apply EC.Using the profit from the HDB and oversea asset to pay full.
Half year to MOP , you can start to look for potential property .If existing property fully paid , 2nd property can loan 80%
