I am seriously considering selling my current 4 room flat and looking at similar flat nearby my current location. However, I need some expertise opinions before I can plan ahead. Should I market my flat fist or shop around for a suitable unit first so that the timeline will be just nice for handing over keys and collect my new keys?

In current market sentiment, it is better to market your unit for sale first as it will take a longer time to find a suitable buyer and offer.
