You maybe receiving more than the total amount of COV if your sale is a positive ones according to the financial calculation done prior to sale. This amount of proceeds will be given to you on the day of your completion and you can bank in this amount to your bank, which takes approximately 3 working days when you can utilise this amount.
I am quite disturbed that you are actually unaware of this if you have engaged the services of a salesperson to sell your unit as he/she should have provided you with this information for you to plan your finances.
