Hi Michael

With reference to your question, allowing buyers to contra will mean the flexibility of your unit hence it'll be more welcome for them to view it.

No contra is allowed means the pool of buyers will be small.

It doesn't affect on the overall pricing actually.

Hi Michael,

In my humble opinion, I would rather you take care of your own interests first and allow the salespersons to take care of the remainder as he/she is paid for doing a job. If you need to utilise the enhance contra facility for your future purchase plans, then proceed to work on it as we cannot determine if it is a worthwhile effort for you to give up this option and make your "life" difficult, simply because should the prospective buyer of your place do not require to utilise the enhance contra facility afterall, wouldn't it be a case where you planned for nothing?

More importantly your consideration would be who is the best person to assist you in the sale and purchase of property and what advantages does the salesperson give you which others cannot. Call me if you have further concerns or requires more detailed advise.
