Hi Wilkie, You are ineligible for the co-purchase as the regulation is that private property owners can only apply to purchase a brand new EC 30 months after selling their private property. Rather, you may consider purchasing a resale EC. In terms of CPF and loan, it will greatly depends on both your income levels as well as age. A banker will be in a better position to advise the financial aspects in terms of repayment to understand better what are the probable scenarios you may need to watch out on for the purchase.
