I am selling my 4-room HDB flat (4A) at Jurong West St. 91, 3rd floor.

Valuation not done. Am asking for $35K to $40K COV.

I would like to know if I can get an immediate deposit of at least $5k cash, so that I can settle the outstanding SCC & a couple of months of outstanding HDB loan?

Hi Lena,

Your case is not impossible.
This case you can only sell to buyer taking HDB loan. Buyer having HLE can exercise on the spot with $5K if they decide to buy your unit.

Buyer taking private bank loan is unlikely to exercise without bank loan approval.

But first, you have asked yourself if you have an alternative place to stay after selling.
