I am renting out a unit and have an agent that is under a GST registered company. Rental is 6000. As this is a co broke deal and the other side of the agency is not GST registered.
Should i pay 6000 + 420 (GST) = 6420 to my agent that is GST registered or 6000 + 210 = 6210 since the tenant agency is not GST registered?
