I am renting HDB flat with other tenants. we have so called main tenant which who lead us in our house. (she is not the owner and landlord) Do we have rights or must get a copy of Tenancy Agreement? Unfortunately our main tenant doesn't want to give us copy of it. How can you help us with this?

Is it too late to ask for a copy of the agreement? If you have enlisted the services of an agent for the rental, you would have avoided this issue and not subject yourself to risks that is unknown. Read More
