I am PR singapore , but my boyfriends just a work permit holder , we plan ROM here and application HDB flat in singapore , but my question is , how long times for helping him application for S pass and untill he get PR we just can apply hdb house ? If 1 PR application for hdb housing ,is there any chance for sucessfull ? WE will plan to bought second hand house here ... CAn please help to answer my question asap ! Thanks

Evening Micelle,

I'm afraid there's no way around it. You need to marry to another PR, before you are eligible to purchase a HDB resale unit.
As for your partner, with stricter rulings on PR application, it might take longer than usual.
