Hi,

For resale HDB, both PRs need to be PR for at least 3 years before they can purchase. Alternatively, you may wish to consider private condos instead. Thanks and hope to discuss further.

Once both of you fulfill 3 years of SPR status respectively, you can purchase a resale HDB but do take note that you have to dispose off all your private properties in Malaysian within 6 months from completion date.

If not, your alternative will be private property.

Apologies for the late reply as Propertyguru doesn't prompt me when there's a reply to my post. Probably we can communicate via mobile or email in the future.

Resale unit in Le Crescendo is about $1.2M. Will you be keen in new launches? There are two new projects nearby. One is Sims Urban Oasis and Tre Residences.

As for downpayment, it will be 5% cash and 15% CPF or cash if you can obtain a max 80% bank loan. Loan tenure is lower of max 30 years or till retirement age of 65 years.

There's no cap for buyers per property if I am not wrong.
