Good evening buyer,

You have to be at least 35 years old and Singaporean to be eligible to purchase under non citizen spouse scheme with your foreign spouse.

If not your spouse must turn SPR and both of you fulfill SPR status for 3 years before you are eligible to purchase resale HDB.

If not, alternative will be to purchase a private property but both of you will subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty because your spouse is a foreigner.

Evening,

Both of you must be SPR for more than 3 years in order to be eligible for resale HDB unit. If you are looking at BTO, one of you must be SC and the co-applicant have to be at least a SPR.
