Morning Jeremy,

Both SPR buyers are required to have fulfilled the SPR status for more than 3 years before you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit.

Good morning Jeremy,

As of now, both of you are not eligible to purchase a resale HDB as both of you need to fulfill SPR Status of 3 years respectively first before you guys are eligible to do so.

Alternatively, you can choose to purchase a private property.
