Hi Anil, though HDB has new rule that you need to sell your local/oversea pte properties within 6 mths after you purchase a HDB flat, but they allowed exceptional case whereby your reason is supported with genuine reason. You can try writing to HDB. There is a Property Questionnaire form to fill in. Attached with your explanation and mail to HDB. Contact me if you need me to send you the form.
