sorry to inform you that you have to dispose off your EC within 6 months after purchasing your HDB.

And you will be subject to 5% ABSD as a SPR household if your spouse is a SPR as well.

For any HDB buyer, you will be required to sell away your private residential property, local or oversea, within 6 months from the key collection of your HDB unit.
