Kindly advise what is the valuation.
I can sense that you are very sincere and genuine in selling off your EA. Why not spend an amount as little as $170.50 to request for a formal valuation which will last for 3 months rather than judging on past transacted information?
Hope I will have the opportunity to assist you with your property sale.
Looking forward to hear from you soon!

Right in your block there is a slightly bigger unit on a high floor asking for $600k. Is this figure somewhere in your mind?
Perhaps you may wish to share more about what your plans are for the sale and subsequent plans. Are you currently occupying this property and is looking to upgrade or you have already moved? It is important to set out your plans clearly before making any move (even if it is relatively affordable to request for valuation). Perhaps I maybe able to share with your more with my humble experience in this industry as I have helped various clients address their concerns and I also have a pretty decent record in Woodlands.
Let me how I may assist you further.
