2) Blk 107A super high floor, transacted $550k, valuation $520k, COV $30k

4) Blk 103A high floor, transacted $561k, valuation $519k, COV $42k
5) Blk 103C low floor, transacted $503k, valuation $490k, COV $13k
6) Blk 107A high floor, transacted $556k
7) Blk 105A mid floor, transacted $535k, valuation $498k, COV $37k
8) Blk 104B high floor, transacted $545k, valuation $510k, COV $35k
9) Blk 105D mid floor, transacted $508k, valuation $490k, COV $18k

You may want to take this as a guide, but you should be able to fetch about $500k t0 $550k range for you unit.

However, please take note that if your unit faces the expressway. It will be less appealing for buyer and may not be able to fetch premium COV.
