I am planning to buy a resale HDB now to live in whilst the BTO in Kallang/Whampoa is being built.
If the BTO is completed in 4 years time, is it possible to sell the resale HDB having only lived in it for 4 years (less than the MOP) so that I can move into the new BTO flat?
Can you please suggest any ideas if this is not possible? Thanks.
