Hi Satya,

If you are a non Singaporean or have already exhausted your grants, I would suggest that you get a private property. The higher capital appreciation will be one of the reasons.

If you want to compare, COV and private properties are both not on the lower side of the curve at the moment. However, we cannot predict if the current market prices is at the bottom or highest of the next property cycle.
