I am planning to buy a 3-Room HDB Flat in Bedok or Chai Chee for around 300k. What are the criteria i should look out for when i buy to ensure that it becomes easier to sell and i get a better value 10 years later when i probably want to sell this flat irrespective of the market conditions at that time?

Hi Suhaan, Firstly u need to buy at lower price so that you can sell high in the future. Secondly, you need someone who is abled to tell you more about the estate and its future development/master plan. Thus, you need a good negotiator and a trusted agent.
