for purchasing of resale EC,you will need to pay 5% in cash & 15% in cash/cpf,the balance 80% can be from bank loan(assuming you are eligible for max loan).do you have any particular EC in mind?i have a brand new EC just launched at Buangkok MRT,price from $597k and above,HDB ruling applies.Kindly contact me if you are keen in this brand new EC..Thanks
