I am on the last stage to pay the balance 15% of the deposit, only then the developer lawyer come back to me saying CPF do not allow co-owner who are not related, who are married to use CPF money...even if first time buyer BUT if both co-owner single ok..duh..is there even such a law..if there is what purpose does it serve, isn't it discriminating against married cuple who cannot afford to buy their own unit, therefore have to share with a distant relatives, where got logic...??
