I am male divorced. I have used a HDB loan for my 1st house (resale) without any grants.

I am looking to purchase a unit with the following ;
- CPF ; S$70K available
- Dont have lots of cash for COV
- Budget ; up to S%350K
- Malay
- Monthly salary ; S$3800

Please advice me on the following ;
- The single purchase scheme by HDB
- Can I buy a unit under only my name (4 rm and above)
- Are there units available without COV
- Are there any types of grants that I qualify for

Dear Sir, with regards to your question, yes you have to buy under the Single Singapore Citizen scheme and have to be at least 35 years old. However please note you would not be able to obtain both the HDB concessionary loan or HDB grant because your income is above $3K/per mth.     Thank you for your reply. Since i have only used one HDB loan, if i make a purchase using a bank loan for this purchase. If I sell the flat 5 years later, can i go back to a HDB loan if i remarry then ?
