Hi Ong,

Based on your nationality as a Malaysian, both new and resale HDB is not an option for you.

You could certainly look at new or resale condo in Singapore.

Dear Ong,

I had assisted Malaysian PRs to purchase a property in Singapore. However, if you choose to purchase a resale HDB, you have to make a decision if your investement in Malaysia can be disposed off.

I look forward to hear from you soon

Thanks.

Hi,

Yes, you can buy a new/resale condo, but you have to sell off your property in malaysia if you intend to buy a HDB.

I am a Malaysian too who has stayed in Singapore for more than 8 years. Will be glad to assist you in anyway I can.

Best regards,
