Evening Mrs. Tan,

Only when you have utilized HDB once and using it to finance your purchase again will you be required to set aside 50% of your profit. And for HDB loan, you will be eligible for 90% loan. If you choose to utilize Bank loan to finance your purchase, you can only get 80% loan but you are not required to set aside the 50% cash profit from your sales.

Hi Mrs Tan,

If you are getting a HDB loan for your next purchase, you would need to set aside 50% of your cash profit for the next house, and that is excluding COV.

If you are taking a bank loan, the cash that you need to fork out is only the 5% downpayment and the COV.

You will need to provide your option to purchase ( selling) to the banks to qualify for 80% loan.
