Are you looking for a minimum 2 rooms resale EC?
I am afraid there isn't such property in the market now. You need to raise the budget to 700K-800K to start the search.

With 5 rooms HDB flat transacting at above $500k and also hitting $600k range and above, what are the chances of securing a resale EC at $600k and below? If there is any such units, I'll probably snap it up as well.
