I am looking for to buy a condo. I am currentlty owning a HDB bought from resale market and stayed for 3 and half years. The question is "Am I allowed to buy condo and rent out my whole hdb unit?" I've checked HDB web site and CAN NOT find anything about owning a condo and renting out whole hdb unit same time. Thanks for kind advice in advance.
Also can I get bank loan for condo the same time while I still have mortgage loan for HDB?
