I am looking for privatised HDB apartment for own stay as current condos prices are out of my reach, and not eligible for buying new HDB. I am already using my name for a resale that i bought with my sibling so I cant get another resale unit.

Can anyone point out to me how do i get access to these units?

Hi Wong,

I would assume that you are referring to the privatized EC units. Another option would be to look at condo developments at a more secluded area. This condo will have a lower quantum and hence more affordable.
