It is natural for potential buyers like yourself who wants freehold, low quantum, high rentability and better still a great capital appreciation potential for their purchases, however, how many sellers or developers are willing to sell at a lower price given the fantastic attributes that can come with the apartment?

At $850k, I believe there are plenty of options available in market where rental is concern, I believe as long as you are looking at projects near the MRT, rental of the rooms should have great demand
